Everything I ordered showed up exactly as it should, with nothing missing or mixed up. I was second-guessing myself a bit since it was a gift and I was worried something might go wrong, but it all worked out perfectly

I’ve ordered desserts here a few times before, and they’ve usually been good. This time, though, the flavor was still nice, but they were kind of dry when I had them later that evening. Not bad, just not as great as I was expecting.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the pizza was genuinely really good. The crust had a great flavor and texture, and the cheese was just right. I’d definitely feel good ordering from here again.

"Arrived way better than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting the packaging to be this good, especially with a cold order being shipped. I figured something might be a little thawed, crushed, or leaking by the time it got here, but everything was still cold and in perfect shape. The box was neat, had plenty of insulation, and there was even dry ice left. Definitely a nice surprise

I ordered from tastesofchicago.com and wasn’t sure how it would be after shipping. I followed the reheating directions. The pizza turned out really good. The edges got crispy. The cheese melted nicely. It didn’t taste like frozen food at all. It did take a little longer in my oven than the directions said. Not a big deal. I was happy with it and would order again

I ordered from Tastes of Chicago and was surprised by how much it reminded me of being back in the city. The deep dish came packed really well and still tasted fresh when it got here. It’s not quite the same as eating it in person at a Chicago spot, of course, but compared to other shipped pizzas I’ve tried, this one got way closer. I’d definitely order it again

"Really good, just a little salty"
I ordered from Tastes of Chicago for a weekend dinner, it was solid. Not like some fancy sit-down thing or whatever, but for getting that Chicago-style food shipped or delivered, it hit the spot well.
The deep dish was probably my favorite part. It had a bunch of cheese, good flavor, and the crust came out tasting fresh after I heated it up. The beef sandwich was good too, but yeah, it was a little on the salty side for me, like after a few bites I definitely noticed it.
So yeah, not perfect, but still really tasty overall. It reminded me enough of the food I had in Chicago, just maybe a bit rough around the edges. I’d order again if I was craving that kind of meal

"Some prices feel okay, but it adds up"
Some of the prices seem fair, and the food looks good. But once shipping gets added, it can feel a little expensive. I just wish it came out a bit more reasonable at checkout sometimes

"Nice birthday surprise, but I was a little disappointed"
I ordered from Tastes of Chicago for my dad’s birthday because he really misses the food from back home, and I thought it would be a fun way to bring a little Chicago to him. The package did arrive on time, and everything was still frozen, so that part went smoothly.
We had the pizza and cake that night, and my dad definitely enjoyed the nostalgia, which made it feel worth doing. I’ll admit I was a bit disappointed for the price, though, it wasn’t bad, but I expected it to feel a little more special. Still, it made his birthday dinner more fun, so I’m glad we tried it

I ordered the deep dish and it was super easy to make. The prep card matched what I saw in the order email, so I just followed it step by step. It did take a little longer in the oven than I expected, but it came out hot, cheesy, and not soggy at all. Felt like having a little bit of Chicago at home

I’ll give credit where it’s due — the packaging was solid, and everything was still frozen when it arrived. with shipping these days, I wasn’t exactly expecting a miracle, but somehow this worked out just fine

I ordered from tastesofchicago.com, and at least in my experience, the shipping was quicker than I thought it would be. I figured it might take a few extra days, but it arrived right on time and everything was packed really well. For me, it was a nice surprise since I needed it for the weekend. I’d definitely order again

I got this as a gift for my dad, he loved it. I don’t even know how to explain it exactly, but it just felt like a really good choice and he seemed genuinely happy with it.

"So many Chicago favorites in one spot"
I went on Tastes of Chicago mainly for deep dish, but somehow Italian beef and a few desserts got added too. The choices, I really liked. It’s nice when all the Chicago stuff is in one place and you don’t have to go searching all over for it.

"Dry ice held up well"
I ordered from tastesofchicago.com, the dry ice did its job. When the box arrived, the food was still cold and mostly frozen, so I felt good about that. That’s really what matters most with stuff like this, right?
Some of the dry ice had already disappeared by the time it got to me, but I kind of expected that. The packaging seemed solid enough, and I’d probably order again. I just wish the delivery timing was a little clearer so I wasn’t second-guessing things while waiting

"Package showed up beat up, but they handled it fast"
When my order first arrived, the box was in rough shape and the item had gotten damaged somewhere along the way, which was definitely frustrating at first. I reached out to them not really knowing how much of a hassle it was going to be, but they got back to me quickly and sent out a replacement without making it a big complicated thing. The new one arrived fast too, so in the end I really appreciated how they took care of it

I ordered from Tastes of Chicago and the whole thing was really simple. I found what I wanted quickly, added it to my cart, and checkout went through without any weird issues.
They made the prices and shipping clear, and I got the confirmation email/receipt right after, which I always like to have. The whole order probably took just a few minutes. Always nice when a website just works the way it should
